Katie Holmes has been sparking some rumors recently thanks to some sparkling ring she is wearig.
The 37-year-old actress has also been spurring romance rumors with Jamie Foxx, 48, for more than two years, most recently this week, despite never even confirming a relationship.
But, the two are not engaged, a source told E! News on Saturday, adding that the actress has had the ring for "over a year."
Katie Holmes, who was previously married to Tom Cruise, was first spotted wearing the ring last year and has donned it several times to events.
Last March, a celebrity photographer asked Jamie Foxx point blank about the dating rumors.
"Oh come on," the actor replied. "You guys have been trying to get that to stick for three years."
