Princess Basma Bint Talal, the aunt of His Majesty King Abdullah of Jordan, congratulated her son Saad Walid Al Kurdi on his marriage.
Princess Basma shared a picture of the couple on her official Facebook page, and shared her best wishes to her son and daughter in law.
The princess captioned the picture with a message:
"It was with the greatest joy that we recently witnessed the Katb Al Kitab of our beloved son Saad Walid al Kurdi. Despite the painful circumstances which have prevented us from being together in Jordan as a family, we continue to derive comfort and strength from every person who believes , as we do , that the truth will ultimately come out. We are very grateful to everyone whose conscience has prompted them to evaluate and assess objectively ,before coming to their own conclusion."
