Here are some tips that will sure keep your skin glowing and looking healthy in Ramadan:
*Rule of Thumb: Drink at least 8 cups of water or more if possible.
#1 Limit Caffeine Intake: Whether its soda, coffee, or tea, try to limit your caffeine intake as it absorbs minerals and liquids from your body.
#2 Watch Your Sugar Intake: During Ramadan we tend to eat lots of sweets and desserts, from Kunafah to Atayef and much more, make sure you don’t eat too much sugar because sugar may cause acne.
#3 Take Care of Your Eyes: During Ramadan we tend to stay up late, which may cause dark circles to appear beneath the eyes. Try keeping your under eye area moisturized and treat it with a mask or tea bags twice a week at least.
#4 Indulge on Nuts: Try to eat more nuts or almonds during Ramadan, as they are rich in fibers and fatty acids which help take good care of your skin.
