They can also be very expensive. The good news is that you can have amazing natural skin products that can be found at your home, to make very effective DIY face masks!

  • 2 Teaspoons of rose water
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 2 Tablespoon of almond oil
  • 3 Drops of Vitamin E oil
  • You can also add a few drops of essential rose oil


  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Apply on a clean face
  3. Leave for 15-20 minutes
  4. Rinse with warm water
  5. Pat dry
Carrot and Honey Face Mask

Carrot and Honey Face Mask

Try this carrot and honey mask once a week and you will definitely see the difference. This mask will nourish and hydrate your skin. Carrots have anti-carcinogen which helps fight cancer, they also contain vitamin A (a natural antioxidant), which fights wrinkles and aging signs.

Carrots also help treat uneven tones or pigmentation. They contain essential oils that are great in treating and preventing acne.

  • 1/3 cup of carrot juice
  • The pulp of half an orange
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Make sure your face is washed & make up removed before you apply the mask.
  3. Apply the mask to your face.
  4. Relax and leave for 20 minutes.
  5. Rinse the mask off with warm water, followed by a cool water rinse to help close pores
  6. Pat your face dry with a towel.

  1. Mash the banana

  5. Apply the mask evenly to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes

This oatmeal and yogurt face mask is suitable for all skin types and is a very effective natural skin cleanser, facial scrub, and a soothing facial mask.

  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal, finely ground
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • A few drops of honey


  1. Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.
  2. Warm a few drops of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute then add a few drops of honey to the spoon.
  3. Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.
  4. Make sure your face is washed & your make up removed before you apply the mask.
  5. Apply the mask gently to your face.
  6. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
  7. Then rinse it off with several splashes of warm water.
  8. Pat your face dry with a warm towel.
Egg Yolk, Honey and Olive Oil Facial Mask

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Cut an avocado in half. Remove the pit from the center, then peel and mash the flesh.
  • Cook the carrot until soft.
  • Cut the carrot. Add it to the avocado and olive oil and put the mix in the blender.
  • Make sure your face is washed & make up removed before you apply the mask.
  • Smooth the avocado carrot mask over your face. Avoid getting any of the substance in your eyes. Relax and leave the mask in place for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse the mask off with warm water, followed by a cool water rinse to help close pores.

  • Combine yogurt and honey, and pulse until fully combined.
  • Add 1/4 cup mixed berries, puree until smooth, and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Using your hands, apply the mixture to a clean, dry face.
  • Let the mask sit for 15 minutes, then rinse face with warm water.
